Microsoft, JP Morgan, and Factoría F5 launch in Spain the primera formación inclusiva y solidaria en Inteligencia Artificial

  • The first promotion of the AI ​​School F5 in Madrid forma a 25 personas in situación de vulnerabilidad para que aquieran las competencias en Inteligencia Artificial que necesitan las empresas del sector.

Replicating the success model of the Microsoft by Simplon AI School launched in 2018 in France, the AI ​​School F5 has opened its doors in Madrid. The objective is to train for free a person in a situation of vulnerability to become developers in artificial intelligence during 9 intensive months with an inclusive and high-quality training.

The alliance that makes this formative project possible is composed by Microsoft and JP Morgan, world-leading and internationally recognized companies that share a commitment to an inclusive economy and labor market, and inclusive and solidary digital schools, and Factoría F5.

Juntos han made possible the launch in Madrid of the primera formationa inclusiva y solidaria en Inligencia Artificial que ofrecerá new job opportunities in the technological sector, como también aportará to the companies of the sector a necessary diversity of new digital profiles formed in las compencias más punteras.

25 people, mostly women, will follow a free, intensive and inclusive training in Artificial Intelligence provided by Factoría F5 in Microsoft Ibérica headquarters and Talent Garden spaces in Madrid. The itineraria includes 9 months of technical training and practice, and it is mainly aimed at young people without employment, women in precarious situations, refugees, long-term unemployed, as well as people who need to reorient themselves and train to be able to reintegrate into the labor market.

The AI ​​School F5 is part of the Inclusive Digital Talent initiative, driven by Fundación Tomillo and Factoría F5, which promotes the consolidation of a network of private and public professionals of the first level that makes Madrid one of the main European technological hubs .
