Jorge Calvo Zaragoza: Ingeniero en Informatica y Doctor por la Universidad de Alicante. Postdoctoral researcher at McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and at the Universidad Politécnica de Valencia. From 2022, I am Professor Titular at the University of Alicante. Su línea de investigación consiste en el desarrollo de tecniques de inteligenia artificial especially focused on the musical environment. Within this topic, he has published more than 60 articles in magazines of high impact and international congresses of prestige. Has participated as a researcher in 8 national projects and 2 European projects. He is currently the Principal Investigator of the project “MultiScore: Transcripción Multimodal de Partituras Musicales”. For his research career, he received in 2018 the national award “Jóvenes Investigadores en Informática” awarded by the Sociedad Científica Informática de España and the Fundación BBVA. He is currently directing 5 doctoral theses, all related to Musical Informatics.

José Javier Valero Mas: Ingeniero en Telecomunicación por la Universidad Miguel Hernández de Elche (2012) y Doctor en Informática por la Universidad de Alicante (2017), también cuenta con un máster en Tecnologías del Soundo y la Música por la Universitat Pompeu Fabra de Barcelona (2013). Postdoctoral researcher at the University of Alicante and the University Pompeu Fabra. His interests and lines of research are centered on signal processing, automatic learning and the application of the same tasks of extraction and recovery of musical information. In terms of teaching, the focus of experience is mainly on subjects related to digital sound synthesis and automatic learning. He has been a member of some centers of worldwide relevance in the field of Musical Informatics: the Digital Audio Research Group of the Dublin Institute of Technology (Dublín, Ireland); el Music Technology Group de la Universitat Pompeu Fabra (Barcelona) and el Center for Digital Music de la Queen Mary University of London (Londres, Reino Unido). Likewise, he has actively participated in conferences científicas de este campo (International Society of Music Information Retrieval, Sound and Music Computing conference, International Workshop on Music and Machine Learning, etc.).

José Manuel Iñesta Quereda: Licenciado y doctor en Ciencias Físicas por la Universidad de Valencia. He worked in a private company developing computer applications for medicine and psychology. He joined the Jaume I University of Castellón as a professor in 1991 and then in Alicante (from 1998 to the present) as a professor at the Department of Languages ​​and Information Systems. He is the author and editor of 12 books, alrededor de 50 articles in national and international magazines, 50 book chapters and more than 100 presentations at scientific conferences. He has participated in the development and direction of about 30 research projects of both national and international scope in diverse fields, such as computer applications in medicine and psychology, medical image analysis, the use of pattern recognition techniques and automatic learning in music, medicine, robotics and digital libraries, among other lines of work. Currently, he is the coordinator of the research group in Shape Recognition and Artificial Intelligence at the University of Alicante. The main lines of current research are classification algorithms and automatic learning applied to signals in general and music in particular, as well as to all areas related to sound design and computer music.
